What are my shipping options?

  • Standard Australian Delivery, 3-5 business days, $10.00
  • Express Australian Delivery, 1-2 business days, $15.00
  • International Shipping, 7-10 business days, $20.00.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed.

How do I track my order?

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Factors such as extreme weather conditions and public holidays may delay the arrival of your order/s.
  • If you are not home upon the delivery of your items, there will be a note in your letterbox displaying the location of the post office that your items have been sent to.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number, please email us.
  • Bow & Arrow will not take responsibility for loss or damaged items during transit. Please email us for any enquiries


We care about you! If you are unhappy with any of the merchandise you have received, simply notify, then return it to us and we will happily provide you with a credit note under the following conditions:

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days for Australian and New Zealand customers, and 21 days for other countries.
  2. Merchandise must be in original condition with all tags attached.
  3. Merchandise must NOT be worn, damaged, altered, or washed.
  4. Due to hygiene reasons earrings and lingerie cannot be returned unless faulty.
  5. Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  6. You MUST contact us before returning items.
  7. Bow & Arrow does not issue refunds.

The Retail Shop Leases Act 1994 (the Act) sets out laws which apply to retail shop leases in Queensland. It is important that as a retail landlord or tenant you are aware of your rights and obligations under the Act before entering into a retail shop lease.

How do I return an item?

  1. Contact us via email and let us know what you would like to return, and why. (Please be sure to insert images of faulty merchandise for proof if possible).
  2. Please ensure the garment is in original condition.
  3. Package up your item securely and send it back to us with a traceable service.
  4. Bow & Arrow does not cover the cost of returns. This expense is to be covered by the customer.
  5. Items purchased online cannot be returned in store.

How long do credit notes last?

  • Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the issue date.
  • Credit notes can be used online and in store.
